3. Fees and Payments:
• Subscription Fee:
The service is offered as a subscription model for $500 per month per AI Agent. All payments are auto-drafted and non-refundable.
• Supplemental or Additional Costs:
• If emails or domains are compromised, supplemental costs may apply for replacement or remediation services.
• Additional costs may also apply for email data enrichment or to add extra LinkedIn accounts for outreach.
• Such charges will be communicated in advance and billed separately.
• Late Payments: Unpaid balances may incur interest charges at a rate specified at the time of invoicing.
•Cancellation Policy:
• Services may be canceled with a 30-day written notice sent to [email protected]or through other supported methods listed on our website.
• Failure to maintain your subscription will result in the permanent deletion of all associated domains and email accounts without the possibility of recovery. HTTAgent.ai is not liable for any data loss resulting from account termination.
4. Client Responsibilities:
• Provision of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding target audiences, lead details, and any other pertinent information necessary for AI-driven outreach.
• Timely Feedback: Prompt feedback on AI-generated leads and appointments is required to ensure an efficient process.
• Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of HTTAgent.ai services.
5. Data Retention and Deletion:
• Data Retention:
HTTAgent.ai retains data as part of the active subscription service. Upon cancellation or non-payment, all data, including domains and email accounts, will be permanently deleted without the possibility of recovery.
•Client Responsibility:
It is the client’s responsibility to back up all data prior to cancellation.
6. Confidentiality:
•Mutual Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, including lead details and business practices, disclosed during the service term.
•Data Protection:
HTTAgent.ai adheres to applicable data protection laws and handles personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability:
•Cap on Liability:
HTTAgent.ai’s liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services in the preceding 12 months.
•Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold HTTAgent.ai harmless from any claims arising from your use of the services or breach of these Terms.
8. Amendments:
• Right to Amend: HTTAgent.ai reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email or through the platform. Continued use of services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
9. Governing Law:
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Florida.
10. Acknowledgment:
By using HTTAgent.ai services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue the use of the services immediately.
